Lovely, warm, stylish house with plenty of space to socialise, perfect venue for groups of friends and family.

Large comfortable lounge for chatting, reminiscing and relaxing. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house so you can stream music and Sky TV is provided.

We have recently added a Media Room available as an optional extra. Here you can enjoy a "Movie Night” or listen to music and the whole group can escape for a couple of hours.

 

One of the best features is the open plan kitchen/diner for eating in with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The Oak Table expands to enable us to seat 12, an additional table is available too. No one needs to be left on their own in the kitchen to cook. The best fun is had when everyone can be together enjoying cooking and eating.

Snug Bar Room close to the kitchen has a Smart TV with karaoke, dartboard, wood burning stove and cosy seats.

 

Outside large luxury Hot Tub available all year.

 

Nice private garden for alfresco dining in the summer. Small BBQ is provided. Parking on drive for three cars neatly parked and additional parking is available in the village.

 

There are three large bedrooms upstairs to sleep 9 Master Bedroom with Double Bed, Family room with Double and twin beds and Film Star room with a Double and Single bed. A 4th bedroom on ground floor just off the Snug has twin beds to allow for 11 guests. A sofa bed can also be provided if we need to sleep 13. 

 

The house has two large bathrooms, one with walk in shower and one with large corner bath, plus a downstairs toilet. Plenty of mirrors around for "getting ready" and a hairdryer is provided.

The centre of Oxford (takes 20 minutes) for shopping trips, sightseeing, city tours, punting in the summer months...... Oxford has lots of excellent pubs, bars and restaurants and the Westgate Shopping Centre has bars and restaurants on a Rooftop Terrace. The nightlife of the Cowley Road is only a ten minute cab ride away.

 

Horspath itself has a local pub serving basic pub grub and an excellent Indian restaurant with take away service. For those who like to walk, access to Shotover Country Park is a stones throw away.
